Reseller questions
How is my reseller discount decided?
Your discount is locked to the highest tier you have ever reached. Buy a package that earns 20% off and every later purchase keeps that 20%, even smaller ones. A purchase in a higher tier moves you up to it.
Can I sell subscriptions below the list price?
No. Resellers may not sell SharkScope subscriptions below our standard published prices.
Can I use reseller credit on my own account?
Yes, once you have sold more than $2,000 to other accounts.
